(affiliated). (affiliated).gregg rulz ok. I just finished the game and from what I've read, this game has multiple endings? If it does, is it worth replaying the game for? I didn't really keep track of who I hung out with and in what order. In part 4, Gregg did most of the talking, but do other Angus or Bea have bigger parts if you hang out with them more instead? I hung out with Bea first both times (House Call and The Graveyard) and skipped going to the Historical Society with Gregg to look for the 'ghost,' yet I still ended up having Gregg play the majority part in part 4, unless I've been misled and he is supposed to do that no matter who you hang out with.
Can someone shed some light on this because I'm really confused right now. Also, I only ended up with 12 achievements, so I'm missing 19 achievements. SPOILER. There are two variations of the ending, and they differ essentially in which one of mae's friends gets more focus and lines than the other, bea or gregg. I'm pretty sure who you hang out with on day 3 of part 3 (going to donut wolf with gregg & angus or going to the party with bea) is all that determines which ending you get.and the game is very much replayable, to the point where i think it's almost mandatory.
Each non-harfest day in part 2 (and also part 3 day 3) has two unique events, one with bea and one with gregg, and choosing one locks out the other for that playthrough. So for example if you go do crimes with gregg you can't go to ft. Lucenne with bea, if you do the house call with bea you can't put the robot together with gregg, etc etc. Also you can only do 2 out of the 3 ghost hunt events before part 4 kicks in. So basically you have to play the game at least twice to see all the events and both endings.as for the steam achievements i think some of them are still buggy. It is true that it is the part 3 on day 3.With where you are going to 'search' first.
I noticed Angus is never 'ready' like he said that I did find odd, since he was the one I did know least info about. But you were forced at this point at a path to either focus on one of the characters.Notice that after I had done the Graveyard with Bea, suddenly Greg could not do it because movie night for a random reason that made no sense, so pretty much noticed got locked out at this point.TBH I feel like the greg one is the 'cannon' ending since Bea sudden change in personality that fills a Greg role that the original greg have become passive if you lock into Bea. Like they switched roles.
I don't think the choices for the ghost hunt events affect which ending you get or lock you out of any events. In my first playthrough i never went to the historical society but i still got the gregg ending, and on my second playthrough i never went to the graveyard but i still got the bea ending.i never attempted to do proximity on a playthrough where i didn't hang out with bea more often in part 2, and vice versa for legends and gregg, so i'm not sure whether it pre-locks you out based on who you go with in part 2, but based on what other ppl have said it probably does.and i consider both of the endings simultaneously canon, i guess. Ace combat 6 missions.
It really just depends on who you connected with more during the game. From what i've seen, which ending you get determines:. who you briefly play as at the beginning of part 4. who is sleeping on the couch with mae in the scene before the mines. who walks directly behind mae in both trips to the mines (and so who saves mae from eide in the elevator).
who the online message after the mines is mostly addressed to. who starts out with mae in the final party barn scene. and who just has more lines in general in group scenes in part 4and yeah i'd recommend doing a second inverse playthrough so you can see all the events you missed (ft. Lucenne, mechanics, dinner with bea, proximity and one of the ghost hunts are all that you missed i think).
