Working for this company is tough. They treat everyone like a number, they dont care about their employees, they're constantly looking for more ways to squeeze production for more product.

The supervisors and process engineers have no idea what they're doing. The quality department is a mess. The office people upstairs have a different set of rules than the floor and a relaxed work environment. This company bites off more than they can chew on a regular basis and only the production staff have to deal with those consequences. Raises are terrible, and bonus aren't based on how well you do, but checklist items the corporation has that have to be met by this location AND other INTERNATIONAL sister companies. Honestly, this company would work people until they keel over and die, then move on.

Terrible management. Terrible communication. Terrible place to work. The tittle of my review essentially sums up my time with the Henrob/Atlas Copco family. When I was first hired I was asked if I was okay with working overtime, which of course I was.

I was told that there will be times where we are required to work 12 hour shifts and possibly some mandatory Saturdays. One month into working at Henrob the schedule went from Monday-Friday with voluntary Saturdays to Monday-Saturday and has been running that schedule from January until now. The long stressful weeks coupled with only one day off in-between work weeks leads to a dark and depressing work place lacking all morale and breeding all types of corruption and immorality. The atmosphere is very clique-ish and immature, specifically second shift lead. This company does not value it's employees or their input and will fire you at any sign of wanting to use sick/vacation time. HR is a joke.

DON'T APPLY HERE IT IS NOT WORTH THE ENERGY AND TIME. Worked there three months. Great employees but management is awful. They lie to get you in and when you voice your opinion they roll there eyes and say well your new. And from the concerns voiced by veterans it's no different. The floor managers outside of a few just came out of highschool so that's fun and the upper management have never and have no clue how to run the operations or equipment they manage. Bloodborne the old hunters expansion.

If they have an issue you will get a email. That's the culture and if you enjoy little integrity, no home life and pushing a button have at it.
